Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer
The printer head was not detected started a few days ago. I did not change any of the cartridges. I tried a few methods from YouTube methods. Removed the entire print cartridge, checked the connections, and used an eraser to clean metal contact with mini springs. No luck and getting the same error, Printer head not detected.
I will attempt to replace all the cartridges and make sure the contacts are correct.
The printer was purchased in 2015 so maybe time to replace it?
Any suggestion would be appreciated.
