Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer (HP 8025) preferences show "a lock". I think in the past because I wanted black only printing, I did "something" to cause/select  an administration lock. Now that I want color printing, I can't get it!

I'd like to "unlock the printer preferences" which will "probably allow me to select color"  BUT I haven't been successful (my cartridges are good, I've tried to reset to defaults and I tried to re-install the printer).

I believe that my problem will be solved by doing "an administrative Un-LOCK" but I don't know how to accomplish it!
