Have just changed the black ink cartridge and am now receiving the error 'the ink cartridge is not installed properly'. Have turned printer off/on, unplugged, downloaded latest software/firmware; even tried another new cartridge thinking it may be an error with the cartridge chip, but all to no avail.
Any suggestions? Printer is only 2yrs old
