Product: P4015

I have a Hp laser jet P4015 and it has just started leaving smears when i print on envelopes, I print 500-600 envelopes at a time. i have noticed the fuser doesn't get very hot compared to my laser jet enterprise M554. i replaced the fuser and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Thank you for any help
