HP PSC 1315 All-in-One printing problem .
The printer prints one line at a time every 5 minutes . Printing starts with bad quality and progressively becomes blank after 15 lines when I cancel printing document consisting of a page full of text lines .
Same problem occurred for Word or PDF documents created by me , or documents attached to emails .
The last time a normal quality page printed was after the black cartridge was changed because the light next to Change Print Cartridge was blinking preventing printing . This was the Test Page for scanning back into the printer to ensure best quality print .
Thereafter , I followed the Windows 10 and HP troubleshooting suggestions requesting a print after executing every suggestion - unfortunately with no normal print success .
After having Windows 10 remove the printer and reinstalling it , its settings and preferences windows showed the printer installed properly and with no faults .
HP Print doctor did not find any faults resulting from its several tests .
Your soonest fixing suggestions will be greatly appreciated ,
