Microsoft Windows 11

Hello,

I had bought a Color Laserjet Pro M255dw in April 2021 for my home office. I do not print that often so I wanted something that would last a long time, especially the ink cartridges. Today, August 1st 2022 I finally had to install new cartridges after the set up ones ran out. I went to open my 206A cyan box and there is a totally different cartridge inside, CE285A. It clearly does not fit my printer. I went to Staples where I purchased everything but they said I'd have to go through HP, which makes sense. ..Anyone have any clue how I can go about resolving this to get my correct ink? Thank you.
