There are a couple of possibilities here. The waste ink/duplex assembly could be full of ink and need to be replaced. Open the left door and pull it out and see how much ink is present. You can also check the supply status to see how much life is left in the supply, however I have found that often they need to be replaced before the 100% usage point is reached. If you open the paper drawer is there ink on the paper already? If so, the cyan cartridge has leaked, remote the cyan ink cartridge and examine the cavity where it does. If you see ink there you have a leaking cartridge and replacing it will likely resolve the issue but you may have to print some to get all the excess ink out. Disassembling to clean ink is time consuming and may result in a non-functioning unit on reassembly. The only other possible cause if a deal breaker and that would be the bladder in the printhead that serves as a reservoir for ink has developed a leak. That would require replacement of the print head assembly and that part is over $1500.00 and in my opinion not worth undertaking.
