HP Recommended
The colors printed by my HP PageWide Pro 477dw are really wrong.
I did a factory reset and run some cleaning options from the menu but the result is still the same (see quality report below).
Ink cartridges are original HP and not empty at all.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Status report lists error codes 0xb83c8e10
Display showed error B83C9298 a few times during the last months

The issue got nearly resolved by the HP telephone support who explained me how to access the printers service menu and perform some enhanced cleaning process. I repeated it a few times and the quality report got better and better each time.
I stopped after there was no more improvement over the last report. Unfortunately the issue didn't completely resolve but at least the quality is sufficient for me.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
