Having issues with print quality on my HP Pagewide 477. Black works fine most of the time but when I first start to print pages are faded. Anything with a yellow color is faded or missing as you see above. Tried contacting HP to do all the on screen cleaning and alignment, did the tap 21 test, cleared out the waste ink tray, tried the advance cleaning pad and tried using an HP solution to clean the print heads. Tried a few different cartridges. I'd hate to give up the printer as we have about $400 in ink left to use.

 

Was told from a repair provider that if hardware fix is involved its not work it for this printer although the printer was $400!

 

Any suggestions from the community?
