Hello,
my printer has a weird printer quality at the moment.
The first few prints are good, but as soon as I print like 7-10 pages, the printer starts to print the WHOLE page in a yellow tone and you have a few print lines in it, where ink is missing.
any suggestions what I can do ?
Best regards
Florian

Hello FloGo1,
There are a couple of details you can check:
- Printer have to be connected directly to the power outlet.
- Make sure your printer has the most recent Firmware version installed.
- Use genuine HP cartridges and make sure they are not refilled, manipulated, not expired (they have a white tag with its expiration date) and of course if any is 10% or empty, replace as necessary.
- Make sure you are using paper within the specifications for this printer, as using something the printer has not been designed to handle can lead into print quality issues or even unit damage.
- You can run a couple of alignments and cleanings.
If the above have been tried and problem persists, if your printer is still under warranty you can call tech support for more in depth troubleshooting. If your printer is out of warranty, our recommendation is to take it to an HP Certified Service Center for inspection and potential printbar replacement.
