Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

re INK.

The displays shows suddenly the text:  defetive ink cartridge.

Display shows in ink menu: CYAN  (it is a 973 X)  shows a big red minus (like traffic road sign: no entry)

A control shows: weight CYAN 167 g(rams).   for information Type F6T81A,  warrenty ends 2025/12.

 

For comparison : brand new yellow, installed 2 days ago, worked after installation: 179 g.

I.e. the CYAN cannot be empty.

 

How can i fix this problem and how do I  move on???

The printer reads the cartridge as defective, not empty, it might be defective.
