My apologies for the issue with the cartridges. 

 

Since you've already replaced the cartridges, let's go through a few troubleshooting steps:

 

Check Cartridge Contacts – Remove the cartridges and gently clean the copper contacts with a lint-free cloth and a bit of distilled water. Let them dry completely before reinserting.

 

Power Cycle the Printer – Unplug the printer from power, wait 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.

 

Reset the Printer – Remove the cartridges, unplug the printer, press and hold the power button for 15 seconds, then reconnect everything.

 

Update Firmware – Ensure your printer has the latest firmware installed. You can check for updates via the HP Smart app or HP’s support site.

 

Try a Different Cartridge – If possible, test with another set of cartridges to rule out a faulty batch.
