HI, I am so beyond frustrated with this system,
I do not understand why I cannot be provided with a case number to speak with an actual person,
this seems to be my only option to get some help.
My HP Photosmart Printer 5520 does not print in black ink,
What do I do?
I have called the support number and it says I need a case number. Virtual Assistant will not help me OR provide me with a case number. I really hope someone can help me :'(
