HP Recommended

My HP Photoshop printer will not print black in documents but does print in the test areas of the Print Quality Diagnostic page. The page prints all the texts and titles in black but does not print in black rectangle, similar to Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow rectangles. The cartridges are HP and fresh out of the box. I have reset the printer to factory settings and printed the Print Quality Diagnostic page on both my computer and the printer itself. Photo coping works very poorly. Even though it prints some of the black, when using the colour settings, it will not print anything when using the black photocopy options. I have cleaned the printer heads, and when printing the Print Quality Diagnostic page, the areas it will print are perfect.
