Product: HP Photosmart C4795
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Printer acts like it is printing for test page, alignment page, or any item sent to be printed but pages come out blank.  Ink cartridges are authentic and brand new. Cleaned printer paper feed and ink cartridge heads.  Not sure how else to trouble shoot. Thoughts? Thanks

If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Print Quality Problems for the HP Photosmart C4600 and C4700 All-in-One Printer Series and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
