I have a HP Photosmart C6380 All-in-One Printer series, I get the error message that Ink carriage is jammed. When I open top panel to access ink cartridges the carriage does not move, it remains stuck on the right side under a plastic panel. The plastic panel is not removable. Please advise. Thanks
