Product: HP Photosmart e-All-in-One Printer - D110a
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP Photosmart D110a fails to align, fails to correct problem through cleaning printheads, fails to provide satisfactory print quality report, prints white stripes across text and colored images, printouts are partly faded. Printer wears genuine HP 60 black and tricolored cartridges, ink levels fine. Connected to a Macbook running Mac OS 11.6.2 (Big Sur). Any suggestions?

Does this happen on copies too? Do you've any spare ink with you?

 

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:
