Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Office Jet Pro 6968 does not print color correctly. Also, the alignment is off but the printer will not scan the alignment page.

 

My HP Office Jet Pro 6978 does not print color correctly and the paper jams when using cardstock paper. Also, the printer keeps saying Cartridge Problem, one or more cartridges are missing or damaged. Until cartridge cartridges are replaced make sure the printer is turned on to avoid...  I replaced the cartridges which temporarily fixed the issues but the cartridges are only a few weeks old and it is saying it again.
