I have a HP Deskjet 3755.  My printer cartridge is hp65 Product J9V90A.  When I try to print the printer acts like it is going to print (i.e., sends out a sheet of paper, makes noises, etc).  The printer head is moving back and forth.... but no ink is being used.  I receive a completely blank sheet of paper, not a speck of ink on it.  Everything shows that the cartridge is fully loaded.  I have cleaned the print head multiple times.

HP Recommended

If the printer was unused for a longer period ink dries and you get a blank page printer. The ink might be full but it's dry. Replace the ink cartridge with a new fresh one to start printing normally.
