Product: HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4645
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good Day! I have an HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 4645 series printer purchased in Saudi Arabia. I've run out of ink, and unfortunately, HP ink 650 is not available here in the Philippines. I don't know where to buy the cartridges. Are there any alternatives? I read that resetting the regionalization of my printer is helpful. I've messaged HP Helpdesk Support on messenger but I'm not certain if it's a legit account.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.  

  

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
