Example: Officejet Pro 8600
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Printer Officejet Pro 8600 won't print. Msg reads "One or more cartridges appear to be damaged". Followed the directions of HP and installed all driver new updates. Re-set the wireless server connection. Re-started the laptop. Same message appears.  Only cartridge color being told it is damaged is the Yellow color. Have purchased 3 brand new yellow cartridges this week and each of them are getting the same error message. Any suggestions to get it printing? Thanks.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this document to resolve the ink cartridge error- HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the defective ink cartridges.
