Hi Community,
Need help. I bought my HP Envy 5030 printer while I was working in the UK. However, after I moved back to India and trying to change the printer catridge (type 803, was originally 304 in UK). I get an error saying incompatible catridge. Some of my research about the error says I need to change printer region. Is this true? If yes, how can that be changed?
Thanks
Hareesh

@HareeshSV, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Yes, we need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
