Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello! I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 6975 All-in-One and I have been having it for a couple years now. We recently had a poweroutage due to the weather and my printer now keeps having a code saying "Use SETUP Cartilage" "Use SETUP cartilages that came with your printer".

I am not able to hard reset or anything to bypass this error code. Please help!

I understand that you want to bypass the setup cartridges, and I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to skip setup cartridges and complete the printer's initial setup. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
