Hi, I set up a new printer a few weeks ago but nowhere during the install did it ask me for the claim code,

I set up a new account on HP Instant and Ink and enrolled the printer still having not been asked for the claim code. So I just presumed that the code had been extracted automatically from my printer during the configuration process.

My account is all set up, I have the cartridges with me but nowhere in my account details does it mention the 7 month free instant ink trial I should have got with the new printer. How do I fix this and claim my free 7 month printing trial.

Also why do HP make this incredibly difficult taking up valuable customer time.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
