Hello All

Please any technician help me that I change the toner cartridge with new original hp but after two days the copy becomes very light ( bad quality ) and I don’t know what to do please anybody help me .

I  would suggest you please follow the troubleshooting steps below and let me know the outcome of it: https://support.hp.com/sk-en/document/ish_2281791-2076363-16 

 

Along with that, update the firmware and let me know: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
