HP SMART TANK 585 DOES NOT MOVE TO CENTER POSITION TO REINSTALL A CARTRIDGE.  I CANNOT MANUALLY MOVE CARTRIDGE CARRIER.  ¿HOW DO I MAKE THE CARTRIDGES MOVE TO THE CENTER POSITION?

Hi @DUANE_ARTHUR 

1. If you want to replace the printhead you need to press and hold down Power button for 5 seconds,

• 

2. Then keep holding down Power button and

Press 1 time - Cancel X button

then Press 3 times - Copy Color button

and then release buttons.

• 

3.  Then wait for 5 seconds and open the Front Cartridge door.

•
