I need to replace the tri color print head on my Smart Tank 7300 (just over a year old!). I have followed all the instructions in the manual and in this community.  I am unable to find one to purchase. I have contacted stores, spent hours on the phone with humans and robots plus searching online.  The printer will not work until it is replaced. Can anyone help?  Is anyone else having this problem?

Verify Printhead Requirement: Ensure that the tri-color printhead is indeed the component that needs replacement by checking error messages or blinking icons on the printer’s control panel that indicate a printhead problem.

 

Check HP Store and Authorized Dealers: Use the official HP Store website to find and purchase genuine HP replacement parts, including printheads. You could also visit or contact local HP certified sellers or dealers, as they may provide insights into product availability.
