Product: HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer

The HP smart app on my laptop can no longer initiate print head cleaning.  Has never been an issue.  Current problem appears to be associated with a Windows 10 update a few days.  In the app, going through Advanced Settings, where the print head cleaning utility resides, an error message pops up.

I see that you are facing connectivity issues with HP Printer.

 

I suggest you reinstall the driver and connect the printer to check if that fixes the issue.

 

You can follow the steps under this link to uninstall.

 

Furthermore, you can reinstall using HP Smart App from this link.
