Just bought a new 3301cdw - downloaded HP Smart, attempted to enroll in Instant Ink. The app says the printer is enrolled, but when I click on Get Supplies and it takes me to the website, there's no printer or subscription listed.
I deleted the App and tried again, and still no dice - shows up fine in the app, says it's enrolled, but admin.hpsmart.com doesn't see it at all. What do I need to do to get this working? I need toner!

It turns out Instant Ink doesn’t support Laser Jet printers. This wasn’t clear going into this process and the HP Smart mobile app happily added my printer and tried to send me to Instant Ink even though the printer isn’t supported.
It’d be a much better user experience if it told me my printer wasn’t supported instead.
