My HP Smart Tank 510 has had poor printing quality: streaky, white lines and missing colors. I have re-filled all colour cartridges to full but when printing the diagnostic page, the blue and yellow bars are missing. I have tried replacing the printhead but it refuses to move to the middle. HP support says it will only do so when there's no errors, so I cannot even manually change the printhead. What's going on here?

Hi @Elohi_NR,
Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately I have performed these steps many times beforehand but no success. My firmware is also up to date and all estimated supply levels are full. I have tried performing align printhead and clean printhead pages many times but there's still stripes and missing colors. As mentioned previously I am also unable to replace the printhead because my printer states it has no errors to require replacement, so the printhead won't move to the middle.
Here are scans of the latest diagnostic pages to give a better idea of the issue:
