Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is HP Smart Tank 5106 printer compatible with 300gr/m2 paper?
My intention is to print business cards on thick paper.

No, too heavy it will jam. Max plain paper recommended is 90 gsm.

Only professional high-end printers can handle 300 gsm.
