Hi  Please help

 

The HP Smart Tank 515 Wireless All-in-One Printer was printing fine all along. After changing a setting to print in draft all hell broke loss and failed to print other colours (mainly see blue, green are the ones not being printed now).

 

I printed the printer status report and it showed that the CYAN Ink was empty but physically looking at the printer level it was about a 1/4 full. So I bought a new Original HP GT52 CYAN Ink toner thinking that the Cyan ink might have been low and filled it up but still nothing changed. Below is an image of the Printer status Report: (Nothing changed after filling up the ink and printing another report.)

I reset the printer settings and tried all highest levels of print hoping the blue and green colours will print but nothing changed.

I tried cleaning the nozzles and also the printheads but nothing changed

I Also tried the Printer Diagnostic page and nothing helped there as the cyan wasnt printing (See Image below - only magenta & yellow)

I have attached a pic of an image (on the left is the one that's printing with the missing colours (blues and greens) - Black is printing and on the right is the original.
