Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 551 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I currently own an HP Smart Tank printer and it’s not printing ink. The troubleshooting techniques I’ve tried are: adjusted the print preview settings, cleaned the print heads, repositioned the print heads, and double checked the print levels. All of those things look good, but it’s still not printing out black ink.
