Smart Tank 555
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought the Smart tank printer in november 2020. For almost a year the printer has been fine barring the odd issue with connectivity. 

 

Recently the colors (yellow specifically) have started to fade so i purchased new  HP print heads. The same issue began to happen again so i checked the print heads out and i can see that there is black ink all over both print heads. I raised my concerns with HP support and they replaced my printer, brilliant.

 

i now have a new printer and guess what, within 3 weeks exactly the same problem has occurred again. Unacceptable design, im running a business and not only is the printer ruining the specialized and expensive paper we use but the same issue continually happening is a big design flaw and i cant seem to see anyone talking about it anywhere. How and where do i raise a complaint about the quality of this printer?
