I went to print documents today and there are air bubbles in the ink lines from the tank to the print head. I have tried to use the clean head function to move them, but nothing works. It is only affecting the Cyan and Magenta

I see that you are facing cartridge issues with HP Printer.

 

To isolate the issue, I would request you to elaborate the defect you are referring to.
