HP Smart Tank 615 - Cyan colour has stopped working - All other colours okay - Still ink in printer as checked levels and all still fine. Tried various aspects of cleaning print heads, checking alignment, running diagnostics but no issues are coming up with any of the other colours. Tried rebooting printer.
Issue started when running a print and the Cyan colour simply stopped flowing to print head and print colour on document changed.

Hi @GMoDubai,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
It sounds like you've already taken some good troubleshooting steps. If the Cyan color has stopped working despite there being ink in the printer and no apparent issues with the print heads or alignment, it could be a problem with the ink cartridge itself, the ink delivery system, or possibly an electrical issue within the printer.
Here are a few additional steps you could try.
- Check the Cyan Ink Cartridge: Remove the Cyan ink cartridge and inspect it for any signs of damage or clogging. You can also try gently wiping the printhead with a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water to ensure there's no dried ink blocking the flow.
- Swap Cyan Cartridge: If you have another Cyan ink cartridge available, try swapping it with the current one to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem lies with the cartridge itself.
- Check Ink Delivery System: Ensure that the ink delivery tubes and system are not obstructed or damaged. Sometimes, there can be issues with the ink delivery mechanism within the printer.
- Reset Printer: Try performing a factory reset on the printer to see if that resolves the issue. This can sometimes clear up software glitches or errors.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
