I have a HP Smart Tank 7600 and the printhead is bad.  HP website had a great video on how to clean and align printhead.  I went through all of the steps, and it still does not work.  The video showed how to remove printhead and look for the warranty date which is [edit].  I have sent a message on HP website and also sent a review with no feedback.  How do I get the free warranty printhead sent to me?

You need to open a HP warranty support case for whole printer, not for the printhead. Or you can claim you warranty trough the seller or if you have a HP service center near you.

Unfortunately, there are no further actions we can take through this channel. I recommend reaching out to our phone support for further assistance.

They can help you with the unit repair or part replacement.

 

I request you talk to HP Phone Support and they will help you to sort it out 

1. Click on this link -  https://support.hp.com/us-en

2. Select the country.

3. Enter the serial number of your device.

4. Select the country from the drop-down.

5. Click on "Show Options".

6. Fill out the web form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
