HP Recommended

my HP smart tank printer will not work. It’s giving me a message to Phil in tanks. I have filled the tanks. When I close the cartridge doors, the printer says “checking the ink tanks…“ And just continues in a perpetual spinning while it’s checking the ink tanks. It’s been checking the ink tanks for several days now. I cannot do anything except unplugged, the printer, and plug it back in. But then I get the same results. What do I need to do?
