I have had the HP Smart Tank Plus 551 for a few years now and have never used it much. The reason for the minimal use, is that it won't consistently print all lines which I've typed in. Having tried all of the available online diagnostic fixes, I am still right where I started. The frustration is REAL, and I'd appreciate your help.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. To provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you tried cleaning the ink cartridge's head?
- Does the copy print out the same way?
- Are you using the correct media paper type?

It will print a perfect test page of the lines, squares, colors, and so on…. When I try to print an invoice that I have typed in the information, it always chooses someplace on the page to print light or blurry.
