Hello everyone,
This is my first post on this forum so if I'm doing it in the wrong way, I apologize and hopefully, you can direct me to the correct way.
I have an HP Smart Tank Plus 555 printer and since a few weeks, 1 color is not printing anymore. When I print the ink status report then this one is full as it is, and no problem is shown with black ink or with cartridges. The ink tank for all colors is full. I have tried the steps to clean the printheads but unfortunately no luck.
If there is someone who could assist me with this issue, I'd be very grateful

I see that you are experiencing print quality issues on the printer and it is not printing in cyan. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues
