Good afternoon all,

 

This is my first post on this forum so if I am doing it wrong then my apologies and hopefully you can direct me to the correct way.

 

I have a HP Smart Tank Plus 555 printer and since a few weeks 2 colours are not printing anymore. When I print the ink status report then these 2 are empty and the cyan and black are visible. The ink tank for all colours are full. I have tried the steps to clean the printheads but unfortunately no luck. 

 

I have read an article in this forum about hot water but this doesn't apply to this type of printer as I don't have a cartridge.

Can someone assist me of give any tips in solving this issue?

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, 
I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue. If you have already performed the steps from the document Color or Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issueshttps://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
