Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP Smart Tank Plus is 9 months old. The yellow ink is no longer working and my printed documents in colour are lined. I have topped up all ink tanks and cleaned the printer heads several times. When I run a diagnostics it states all is working correctly. Thanks.
