Smart Tank Plus 571 not printing colours correctly. have done clean printheads from front panel of printer and from app - no change, have aligned printheads - no change. Mostly seems to not be printing blue hues. Printer diagnostic says no issues found, so printheads won't centre when opening door - will do a manual printheads clean if can access the printheads but printheads won't centre? - how can I get printheads to centre so I can remove them for cleaning?

Printer is just over three years old, so would have expected much longer life,

Appreciate any help, thank you!
