Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One

Hi!

 

I have a HP Smart Tank Plus 651 that I use 1-2 times by months to print business documents.

 

Since today, the black text is not printing correctly.  I tried to clean the head with the 3 differents levels of cleaning but I still get a quality problem.

 

Does it means that I need to replace the black head?

 

The ink is full in all three colors and also in black.
