Check the Paper and Print Settings:

- Verify that the print settings in the application you are using are set correctly for color printing, and that the paper type and quality settings are appropriate.
Clean the Printhead:
- Use the HP Smart app to clean the printhead, which can help resolve issues such as streaks or missing colors.
- Go to the HP Smart app, select your printer, go to the "Print Quality Tools," and choose "Clean Printhead."
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Page:
- Hold the Copy Color and Resume buttons simultaneously for three seconds to print a diagnostic page.
- Examine the diagnostic page for any print defects such as missing colors or white lines.
Align the Printhead:
- Use the HP Smart app to align the printhead for improved print quality.
- Load plain paper, select "Align Printhead" in the "Print Quality Tools" section of the app, and follow instructions.
