My printer stopped printing yellow, no errors, no jams, it shows the yellow cartridge in the screen, but the color is just not in the pages.
When I open the lid to try to check the printhead, the printhead is not comming to the middle of the printer. It stays in the left hand side, so I'm unable to even try to remove it.
I haven't replaced anything since I got it, everything in it is original.
After trying to move the printhead with my hand (no success, didn't force it) the yellow slot in the Printer Status report came magenta. It was totally empty before.
I tried running the Clean Cartridges option, and now it gave me a paper jam error, eventhoug there's no jam.
After several attempts removing and putting the paper back in the tray, I got the paper jam error to go away, and now the Quality page comes out with no color what so ever.
Nothing makes it come to the center.
No error, however it doesn't print in yellow

After trying to move the printhead with no succes, didn't wanna force it. Yellow shows magenta
When tried to run the cleaner, it came out with no color.
I did a reset following the steps in this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/ish_2040935-1816767-16
Now it's back to printing magenta and cyan, no yellow. But now it has horrible quality.
I did a second level cleaning, page came out with only black ink. Back to reset again. Is there a way to force the printhead to the middle of the printer?

Update: I was able to find in a random Youtube video how to move the carriage to the center:
1. Access the support menu by pushing the dark area where the back button is hidden, push it 4 times or until you see the support menu.
2. Once it appears, push it to access mote options.
3. Scroll down until you find Reports Menu. Press Ok.
4. On the new menu that appears, scroll down until you find Print-Mech button tap. Press Ok.
5. It will ask for a code, with the arrows find the number 130. Press Ok. Nothing will change in the screen.
6. Open the printer's door, the carriage will move to the center.
I removed the color printhead and cleaned the electrical contacts on it, I even tried cleaning a little bit the nozzles but the issue persists.
I then ran a Semi-Full reset from the support menu, issue persists.
I tried with the Partial Reset from the support menu, issue persists.
Only Cyan and Magenta are being printed.
I think the next step will be buying a new color printhead, any other suggestions?
