HP 60XL

I tried to order a print cartridge for my mother and have it shipped to her today.  Seems very simple.  Something that I can do on Amazon without any effort.  However, if I added my mother's address to the shipping, it also changed the billing address which of course isn't correct for my credit card.  I couldn't figure out a  work-around, so I called and the person at the HP Store couldn't do it either.  I ended up just having it shipped to me, which wasn't a significant problem, since I will have to install it for her anyway.  The lady said she would raise the issue, but just in case the message doesn't get through, I thought I would try another method to get the message back to HP to fix this bug.  It might help them get more business.  Has anyone else experienced this problem?  Was there a work-around?
