When trying the Virtual Assistant on the website, I get "To obtain information about Case ID nnnnn for the HP Color LaserJet Pro M453-M454 series, please contact HP Support directly"

How on earth do I contact HP? How do I follow up my open case?

Thanks Dragon-Fur.

The WhatsApp chatbot is still broken, but I found a contact at HP, passed on screen caps and they are looking into it.

It seems strange, as I would expect that it affects more people than just me.

I have also found a contact at HP regarding my toner issue, and that is now in process.
