I bought my HP Envy 5010 in 2020. I immediately signed up for the instant ink. Then last year I bought another HP Printer and also signed up for instant ink for that printer. There was a problem setting everything up so I was told to remove the Envy 5010 from the instant ink program and after I got the new printer set up to sign up again.
I tried to sign up but I couldn't. Support couldn't get me signed up so I have to buy HP cartridges from a retail store.
Still trying to find out why I can't get back on the program for my HP Envy 5010 I finally did some research. What I found was if your printer is more than 5 years old you can't enroll in the program.
Needless to say this is upsetting. I purchased the printer in 2020, enrolled in the program and now find out the printer was manufactured in 2015. Wondering why I wasn't told? Wondering why Support didn't know that and wondering why, when the printer worked perfectly fine on the program, I am not able to rejoin. I didn't buy this printer in 2015, I bought it in 2020. There is something wrong with your policy.
