I am having the exact same issue on here as someone else - no resolution or comments were posted on her post.. so now I'm posting with hopes to a resolution to this..IMG_1116.JPGIMG_1117.JPGIMG_1118.JPGIMG_1119.JPGIMG_1120.JPGPhoto737354422866_inner_52-42-706-31-35-886-714-910 3.JPGPhoto737354433269_inner_38-97-717-85-87-980-717-941 3.JPGPhoto737354441943_inner_55-93-644-66-70-976-676-976 3.JPGPhoto737354454595_inner_29-136-714-113-5-976-717-976 3.JPG

My HP TANGO printer all of a sudden is not printing cyan color and the print quality on every single print is VERY light- to the point where you can barely see anything on the page (just like how it looks when you barely have any ink left). It doesn't matter what I print out. It doesn't have to be the color cyan/ blue, it can be any color, and the print quality is still trash/ very very light..

Everything was working fine and I've never had one issue with the print quality of this printer since I got it 3 year ago.

This is the only issue and it seems unfixable and idk what to do.. I changed the tri- color ink cartridge to a brand new cartridge (even though the one that I had in was pretty much a full one already still..),

I've gone through doing everything in the "Print Quality Toolbox", I've:

- printed the diagnostic page multiple times now - every time, the cyan color did not show up - which is how I found the issue in the first placer when I printed something blue and it printed extremely light and I ran this diagnostic page .

- aligned the printhead - ** Just like the other person who posted about having this same issue, aligning the printhead failed every single time . it's never failed for me when aligning it before???? **bleep**

- cleaned the printhead - after I did the level 1 cleaning, the diagnostic page looked worse than it did before so I did the level 2 cleaning and it looked better but then I just did the level 3 cleaning as well and every time, the cyan never showed up.

- cleaned smeared/ rib smear - nothing

ive also checked for updates on the printer (there were none), turned it off for a while and restarted it (issue still occurred)

after I cleaned the printhead and printed the diagnostic page, it said if there was still issues, then you would probably have to 'replace the printhead' - so I googled that and it says for the hp tango printer, the printheads are replaced every time you change the ink cartridges( which is what I did, and that didn't fix the issue at all . it was still the same )

so now what?????

I cant use my printer to print out anything..

I dont know what the issue is or how to fix it and apparently my warranty on my printer expired too.. so what am I supposed to do???

Please let me know.. thanks..
